<p><br></p><p>Your role</p><ul><li>Review and supervise architectural construction works for high-rise and large-scale building projects.</li><li>Ensure architectural works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, contract requirements, and applicable Saudi regulations.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to verify compliance with approved designs and specifications.</li><li>Coordinate architectural activities with structural, mechanical, electrical, landscape, and other project disciplines.</li><li>Review and resolve architectural design conflicts, technical queries, and site-related issues.</li><li>Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to quality standards and project schedules.</li><li>Review material samples and ensure approved materials are used throughout construction.</li><li>Participate in design coordination meetings, progress meetings, and technical workshops.</li><li>Assist in value engineering exercises and provide recommendations for cost-effective solutions.</li><li>Monitor compliance with accessibility standards, fire and life safety requirements, and sustainability objectives.</li><li>Support authority inspections, approvals, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Review contractor progress reports and provide technical input regarding project status.</li><li>Ensure proper implementation of QA/QC procedures for architectural works.</li><li>Monitor snagging, de-snagging, testing, and handover activities.</li><li>Review as-built drawings, operation manuals, warranties, and project closeout documentation.</li><li>Prepare architectural inspection reports, technical reports, and progress updates.</li><li>Support project handover and defect liability period inspections.</li><li>Coordinate BIM-related architectural reviews and multidisciplinary clash resolution activities.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized university.</li><li>Master's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Urban Design is preferred.</li><li>Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred.</li><li>Professional registration or membership with recognized architectural institutions is desirable.</li><li>LEED AP, Mostadam, or sustainability-related certifications are an advantage.</li><li>10 to 15 years of professional Architectural Engineering experience.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience on major high-rise and large-scale building projects.</li><li>Previous Saudi Arabia or GCC experience is highly preferred.</li><li>Experience working with consultants, PMCs, developers, and contractors.</li><li>Demonstrated experience during construction supervision, testing, commissioning, and project handover phases.</li><li>Experience in design review, material approvals, mock-up assessments, and constructability reviews.</li><li>Strong understanding of sustainable building practices and green building certification requirements.</li><li>Ability to interpret and review architectural drawings, technical specifications, and BIM models.</li></ul>
