Job Role: We are looking for an experienced Document Controller with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a contracting/construction company. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in document control, project correspondence, document tracking, and Oracle Aconex, including managing and maintaining Aconex document matrices.<br>Key Responsibilities:Manage and control all project documents in accordance with company and project procedures. Maintain accurate document registers, logs, transmittals, and document tracking systems. Track overdue documents and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely action. Ensure compliance with project document control procedures, contractual requirements, and client requirements. Support project close-out activities, including final document compilation, archiving, and handover.
