Minimum 8 years of procurement experience in large-scale infrastructure, highway, bridge, transportation, or civil construction projects. Strong knowledge of civil and structural construction materials including concrete, reinforcement steel, structural steel, precast elements, aggregates, and geotechnical materials. Experience in technical bid evaluation, supplier management, subcontractor procurement, and contract administration. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, BOQs, and procurement packages. Strong understanding of procurement processes, commercial terms, and supply chain management. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
