EHS Performance Metrics – Establish EHS performance indicators (both leading and lagging); regularly collect data, prepare reports, and present progress to management. Overseas Project Support – Support EHS management for overseas projects or branches, including adapting to local regulations, conducting on-site audits, and providing technical guidance.<br><br>Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree or above in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field. Experience3+ years of EHS management experience in manufacturing, electronics, chemical, energy, or related industries. Experience in overseas EHS project implementation or multinational EHS management is highly preferred; familiarity with international EHS regulations and practices is a plus. Technical Skills Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other international management systems; internal auditor certification is a plus. Proficiency in risk assessment tools (e.g., JSA, HAZOP) and hazard identification methodologies. Strong capabilities in safety training, emergency management, and incident investigation. Ability to independently draft EHS documents, reports, and conduct data analysis. Soft Skills Excellent communication and coordination skills – able to collaborate effectively across functions, overseas teams, and external parties. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; adaptable to multi-tasking and fast-paced environments. Good written and spoken English (and Chinese, if supporting China-related business).
