Overview<br><br>We are currently looking for a Senior Planner for our Program Management Consultancy based on site in AlUla to support the PMC Development Stage (RIBA 0-4). This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within Saudi Arabia.<br><br>Your role<br><br>Ability to develop initial baseline schedules with little project information. This requires previous experience in construction projects including pre and post contract schedule development. Assist in the preparation and management of overview and strategic programmes, including design, procurement, and construction schedules together with supporting information required schedules. Include all project stages from initiations to completion in the baseline and identify stage gates accordingly. Coordinate and manage the preparation and development of master planning, engineering, procurement, and construction schedules together with associated information required schedules. Establish and agree project reporting procedures, prepare, and present monthly project progress. Develop project and programme dashboard templates to be used across the programme by designer and contractors. Review the schedules and related documents from the designers and contractors including monthly reports and analyse the content to ensure compliance with project objectives. Review schedule trends to identify problem areas and recommend corrective action to management. Monitor actual progress against planned progress. Monitor engineering design progress, material and equipment procurement and construction and commissioning status. Prepare progress monitoring tools using earned value for the management and monitoring of the above-mentioned schedules. Monitor progress both on and off site. Identify deviations (progress trends) in both construction and procurement progress and suggest possible courses of corrective action. Working closely with the Project Controls Manager and Project Team to ensure that the 'programme' is feasible, complies with the Project Master Plan and contractual documents. Interface daily with the designers, PMCs, main contractor sub-contractors and internal management. Carry out studies into scheduling, manpower, cash flow, and material flow as needed. Attend offsite meetings as requested by the client. Review schedules for slippage of key dates. Assist in the defence / approval of any claim for time extension or major change to the schedule. Establish and maintain consistent and adequate administration procedures, in their field. These procedures will be followed across the project by the respective planners working under the Construction Managers. Participate with the program management team, as directed by the Project Controls Director, to achieve project deliverables. Involve key stakeholder requirements and approvals in baseline. Issue high-level schedule weekly schedule updates. Identify and report issues interfering with progress. Identify and report on measures for improving schedule performance. Establish Scheduling, reporting procedures, tools, templates, instruction, etc. to standardize the work across the programme. Monitor the timing of submittals against schedule requirements. <strong>API Developer (Integration Engineer)</strong> to design, build, and maintain the integration layer connecting a digital Residents and Tenants Portal with various third-party and enterprise systems.</p> <p>You will be responsible for developing secure and reliable APIs and middleware that enable key platform capabilities including authentication, e-signature, payments, access control, CRM integrations, and notifications.</p> <p>The ideal candidate has strong experience in backend development and API integrations, with a solid understanding of API security, authentication protocols, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.</p> Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party and enterprise systems.</li> <li>Integrate with identity and authentication providers to support SSO, 2FA, password reset, and session management.</li> <li>Develop integrations with e-signature platforms such as DocuSign or similar solutions to support contracts, addendums, and termination workflows.</li> <li>Integrate with CRM and leasing systems to synchronize unit listings, inquiries, leads, offers, and other relevant data.</li> <li>Develop integrations with access-control systems for access cards, visitor codes, and vehicle registration.</li> <li>Support payment and invoicing integrations, including invoice generation triggers, proof-of-payment workflows, and payment-status synchronization.</li> <li>Integrate with email and SMS notification gateways for alerts, confirmations, and renewal notifications.</li> <li>Integrate external data feeds, such as weather and events APIs, where required.</li> <li>Build middleware and orchestration logic to keep data and application states synchronized across multiple systems.</li> <li>Define and maintain API contracts using <strong>OpenAPI/Swagger</strong>.</li> <li>Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using <strong>OAuth2, OIDC, and JWT</strong>.</li> <li>Design robust error-handling, retry, and recovery strategies for integrations.</li> <li>Implement webhook and event-driven handlers for asynchronous workflows such as e-signature completion, payment confirmation, and access-control approvals.</li> <li>Coordinate with internal teams, client IT teams, and third-party vendors to manage integration environments, credentials, and API access.</li> <li>Support the promotion of integrations from sandbox/testing environments to production.</li> <li>Develop integration, API, and contract tests and support QA and UAT activities.</li> <li>Monitor API performance, logs, and error rates and troubleshoot integration issues during production and hypercare periods.</li> <li>Maintain technical documentation, integration architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks to support knowledge transfer and handover.</li> <li>Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product teams, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of integration-dependent features.</li> </ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul> <li> <strong>4+ years of experience</strong> in API development, backend development, or integration engineering.</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience building and consuming <strong>REST/JSON APIs</strong> in production environments.</li> <li>Solid understanding of <strong>OAuth2, OIDC, JWT</strong>, and webhook-based architectures.</li> <li>Experience integrating with at least one e-signature platform such as <strong>DocuSign, Adobe Sign</strong>, or a similar solution.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>SSO and identity providers</strong> such as Azure AD, Okta, Auth0, or similar.</li> <li>Strong proficiency in at least one backend technology such as <strong>Node.js, .NET, or Java</strong>.</li> <li>Experience working with <strong>API gateways, middleware, message queues, or iPaaS solutions</strong>.</li> <li>Experience with API testing tools such as <strong>Postman/Newman</strong>.</li> <li>Strong understanding of <strong>API security best practices</strong>, including rate limiting, input validation, authentication/authorization, and secrets management.</li> <li>Experience designing integrations and translating business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria into technical solutions.</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Good understanding of integration testing and production support practices.</li> <li>Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li> </ul> Nice to Have <ul> <li>Experience working with access-control or physical-security system APIs, such as <strong>Genetec, Lenel</strong>, or similar.</li> <li>Experience integrating with real-estate or leasing CRM platforms such as <strong>Yardi, MRI, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics</strong>.</li> <li>Experience with <strong>Azure API Management, MuleSoft</strong>, or similar API management/integration platforms.</li> <li>Experience working with event-driven architectures and message brokers.</li> <li>Experience successfully pass UAT.</li> <li>APIs and integrations are secure, reliable, and scalable.</li> <li>Integration-related issues are identified and resolved within agreed SLAs.</li> <li>API and integration documentation is complete and clear enough to support the client's internal teams after handover.</li> <li>Smooth collaboration with client IT teams, vendors, developers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout implementation and production support.</li> </ul>
