Troubleshoot technical issues and provide advanced support during and after deployment. Deliver technical workshops, knowledge transfer sessions and administrator training to customer teams. Identify opportunities to expand customer adoption of additional cybersecurity solutions and services.<br>What We're Looking For3+ years of experience within Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), Automation or Industrial Networking. Previous cybersecurity experience is highly desirable. Strong understanding of:Industrial networking TCP/IP and the OSI Model Purdue Enterprise Reference Architecture Industrial communication protocols Experience with Linux administration and command-line environments. Exposure to Docker, containerised applications or virtualised environments. Scripting experience using Python, Bash or similar languages.
