Role Summary The Telecom Core Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of compact and virtualized core network solutions, including LTE/5G core-in-a-box and cloud-native core platforms. The role focuses on deploying, integrating, and optimizing core network functions for enterprise customers, private LTE/5G networks, and rapid or remote deployment scenarios. This position ensures successful execution of complex telecom core projects, from planning and design through integration, testing, commissioning, and operational handover, while maintaining compliance with technical, security, and regulatory standards.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of compact core and virtualized core network projects. Ensure adherence to telecom standards, cybersecurity policies, and regulatory compliance requirements. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and interdependencies. Manage vendors, OEMs, system integrators, and third-party partners throughout the project lifecycle. Track project progress and provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders and customers. Job Sope:<br>As Electrical Maintenance Engineering Supervisor, you will be leading a team of Electrical Maintenance Engineers, QA/QC Engineers and Planners to drive the implementation of Power Systems maintenance strategy.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Provide technical guidance and support to electrical maintenance teams and other departments pertaining to the maintenance of all electrical equipment including steam turbine generators, emergency diesel generators, transformers, 480V to 230k V switchgear, UPS and battery chargers, HV and LV VSD and motors to ensure high plant availability and equipment integrity. Mentor and guide the team (electrical maintenance personnel and contractors) in execution of electrical maintenance and lead personnel qualification, certification and accreditation initiatives. Provide good documentation to ensure all equipment technical records and drawings are updated to reflect the latest changes, maintenance history and PM reports are uploaded, configuration and software changes to electrical equipment are documented, archived, and backed up.
