<h3 >About the Role</h3> <p >SEVEN is seeking a highly skilled and experienced <strong >Senior Technician - Maintenance</strong> to join our team on a full-time basis. This critical role involves performing a variety of advanced-level planned maintenance, repair activities, and troubleshooting for attraction rides and devices across our projects in Riyadh, Tabuk, Abha, Yanbu, and Medina. The Senior Technician will lead work execution alongside other attraction technicians, actively supporting onsite installations, collaborating with contractors and manufacturers to ensure SEVEN’s maintenance requirements and operational readiness are met.</p> <h3 >Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul > <li >Lead and execute technical activities for rides and attractions, supported by the technician team and technical management.</li> <li >Perform advanced planned maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting for attraction rides and devices of all typologies.</li> <li >Actively participate with Operations, Project Attraction Teams, and Project Management Consultants.</li> <li >Maintain close communication with ride manufacturers' representatives engaged at SEVEN project sites.</li> <li >Act as Team Leader when required during absences, verifying the quality and accuracy of technicians' work, particularly on safety-critical inspections and repairs.</li> </ul> <h3 >Maintenance Operations and Compliance</h3> <ul > <li >Execute and record corrective maintenance activities on rides and attractions in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer requirements.</li> <li >Execute and record planned preventive maintenance activities according to approved schedules.</li> <li >Respond to ride and attraction breakdowns, diagnose faults, and restore operations safely and efficiently.</li> <li >Lead and execute major annual maintenance and rehabilitation activities to ensure optimal ride performance.</li> <li >Support daily ride operational readiness and achievement of reliability and availability targets.</li> <li >Work in accordance with international safety best practices and KSA regulatory requirements, adhering to all QHSE policies, procedures, and company standards.</li> </ul> <h3 >Technical Support and Development</h3> <ul > <li >Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical documentation, including SOPs, technical manuals, troubleshooting guides, and PM checklists.</li> <li >Support the implementation and effective use of asset management systems and related documentation.</li> <li >Monitor spare parts and consumable stock requirements, providing proactive feedback to support availability.</li> <li >Conduct inspections of tools and equipment, ensuring compliance with calibration and safety requirements.</li> <li >Deliver training and maintain training records in line with Learning &amp; Development requirements.</li> <li >Identify opportunities to improve ride performance, maintenance efficiency, and operational effectiveness.</li> </ul> <h3 >Qualifications and Experience</h3> <ul > <li >An Engineering Certificate or Diploma in a relevant technical field (Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical).</li> <li >A minimum of <strong >5 years of experience</strong> in the leisure, attractions, or theme park industry, with a preference for candidates possessing 5-10 years of experience.</li> <li >Demonstrated hands-on experience in major ride and attraction maintenance activities, including annual rehabilitation (REHAB).</li> </ul> <h3 >Work Environment and Company Values</h3> <p >The Senior Technician will contribute to achieving departmental objectives and KPIs aligned with SEVEN’s strategic goals.
