In this role, you will serve as a key technical leader responsible for managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination across multiple projects. You will work collaboratively with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless model integration, clash detection, and resolution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, strong project management capabilities, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of BIM documentation and coordination protocols.<br><br>Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive BIM models and coordinate all discipline-specific models (architectural, structural, MEP) to identify and resolve conflicts before construction Conduct clash detection analysis using industry-standard software and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for resolution Review of Contractor's submittals.
