<p>We are looking for a Finance professional to manage cash and bank reconciliations, inventory accounting, supplier ledgers, VAT, and month-end closing for our cars business. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience, be ACCA/Part-Qualified CA or equivalent, and be fluent in Arabic and English. Experience in process improvement and automation is a plus. </p><br> <br><br><p><b>Roles & Responsibilities </b></p><br><strong>Cash, Bank & Receipts</strong>
<p>Handle all cash and bank matters for the cars business, including issuing and controlling all receipts.</p><br>
<p>Perform daily cash and bank reconciliations; escalate and resolve differences same-day.</p><br>
<p>Report all daily incomes and expenses, fully reconciled to the bank.</p><br>
<strong>Inventory</strong>
<p>Prepare and maintain inventory ledgers, recording daily movement against sales.</p><br>
<p>Conduct periodic and surprise stock counts; investigate and clear variances.</p><br>
<p>Maintain inventory aging analysis and flag slow-moving or at-risk units.</p><br>
<p>Obtain formal sign-off on month-end closing inventory from the Operations team.</p><br>
<strong>Recording & VAT</strong>
<p>Record each cost centre and each stream of business separately and accurately.</p><br>
<p>Own the VAT treatment of every transaction and ensure filings are supported by clean, traceable records.</p><br>
<strong>Suppliers & Reconciliations</strong>
<p>Own key supplier ledgers; prepare statements and secure sign-offs from the Supply team and suppliers.</p><br>
<p>Work with the Inventory &amp; Pricing Analyst to reconcile inventory value, price updates, and P&L.</p><br>
<p>Track marketing expenditure against approvals and budget.</p><br>
<strong>Month-End Close</strong>
<p>Respond to ad hoc finance requests from the CFO and board.</p><br>
<p>Manage the Finance Analyst for reporting and dashboard maintenance.</p><br>
<p>Improve efficiency by reducing manual reporting through automation and tools.</p><br>
<strong>Communication & Coordination</strong>
<p>Serve as the sole channel between the Cars and Finance teams for all financial matters,</p><br>
<p>requests, approvals, and follow-ups.</p><br>
<p>Keep both sides aligned with clear, documented, and timely communication.</p><br>
<strong>Process Improvement</strong>
<p>Identify manual and duplicated steps in the current workflow and drive automation and system improvements.</p><br>
