Role Description Raqamyah is seeking a qualified Credit & Risk Manager to lead the company’s credit risk and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) activities. The role is responsible for overseeing credit assessment and portfolio risk, maintaining the company’s risk management framework, and ensuring that key financial and non-financial risks are appropriately identified, assessed, monitored, and reported. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and relevant departments to support sound credit decisions, strengthen the company’s risk culture, and ensure alignment with applicable Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) requirements and internal policies. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the company’s credit risk management and ERM activities. Review and assess credit applications, financial statements, cash flows, creditworthiness, repayment capacity, and other relevant credit information. Provide independent credit risk recommendations and ensure credit decisions are made within approved policies, authorities, and risk appetite. Monitor the credit portfolio, including concentrations, exposures, delinquencies, defaults, and emerging credit risks. Develop and maintain the company’s Credit Risk Policy, credit assessment methodologies, limits, and related procedures. Develop, implement, and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework in line with the company’s business model and regulatory requirements. Maintain the company’s Risk Register and coordinate periodic risk assessments across all departments. Identify and assess key risks, including credit, operational, liquidity, market, strategic, technology, cybersecurity, third-party, and reputational risks, as applicable. Develop and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), risk limits, and early-warning indicators. Support the development and periodic review of the company’s Risk Appetite Framework and Risk Appetite Statement. Monitor risk exposures against approved risk appetite and limits and escalate material breaches or emerging risks to senior management. Conduct risk assessments for new products, services, processes, systems, and material changes before implementation. Perform scenario analysis and stress testing, where applicable, and assess their potential impact on the company and credit portfolio. Monitor and follow up on risk incidents, control weaknesses, and agreed remediation actions. Prepare periodic risk reports and dashboards for Senior Management, the Credit & Risk Committee, the Board, and regulatory authorities, as required. Support the company in responding to SAMA risk-related requirements, assessments, inspections, and regulatory observations. Work closely with Compliance, Finance, Operations, Technology, Cybersecurity, and other functions to ensure effective risk identification and mitigation. Promote risk awareness and a strong risk management culture across the organization. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in credit, risk management, banking, financing, fintech, or financial services. Strong experience in credit analysis and credit risk management. Practical knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks and methodologies. Good understanding of financial statements, cash-flow analysis, financial ratios, and credit assessment. Knowledge of SAMA regulations and the Saudi financial sector is highly preferred. Experience in fintech, lending, SME financing, or debt-based crowdfunding is an advantage. <p><span>The Reliability & Asset Management Division is responsible for monitoring and Diagnosing High Voltage assets that are operated or maintained by Power Systems. This function is targeting increase in power supply reliably and improvement in overall efficiently.</span></p><br><br>

<p><span>Your primary role is to perform all data management activities for a particular business area, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, implement data management initiatives, support adoption of corporate data standards and guideline, and improve data quality.</span></p><br><br>Key Responsibilities
<br><p><span>As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following: </span></p><br><br>
<p><span>• Assist in performing data stewardship responsibilities which include ensuring compliance with applicable National Data regulations and laws including NDMO and PDPL.</span><br><span>• Assist in Implementing and enforcing corporate data governance and management policies, GIs and standards.</span><br><span>• Check and monitor data quality, as well as identify, log and manage data quality issues. </span><br><span>• Work with stakeholders to perform root cause analysis, and resolve data quality issues quickly and effectively.</span><br><span>• Capture lineage of data and metadata, trace its origin/source, transformations and movement throughout its data lifecycle in order to understand data dependencies, track changes, ensure data integrity and comply with data sharing agreements.</span><br><span>• Assign appropriate data classifications for data assets based on their sensitivity and criticality.</span><br><span>• Define user access levels, permissions and sharing agreements, ensure data is accessed only by authorized individuals and is only retained for as long as needed.</span><br><span>• Assist in the development of business value use cases involving data analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) and uphold ethical standards of AI within their Admin Area.</span><br><span>• Assess and improve data management processes, identify opportunities for enhancing data quality, efficiency, and governance, and drive initiatives to address gaps or inefficiencies.</span><br><span>• Engage closely with the Corporate Data Office, Data Custodians, IT, Technology teams and business stakeholders. </span><br><span>• Spread awareness and know-how of the data management program across respective business area.</span><br><span>• Support in privacy compliance activities for respective business area by ensuring Data Privacy is embedded into change management processes, assist in performance of Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), increase awareness of the importance of Data Privacy and act as focal point for all Data Privacy enquiries.</span></p><br><br>Minimum Requirements

The position requires engagement with support functions such as Treasury, Group Finance, and Strategy & Market Analysis for model sign-off and due diligence processes.</p><h3>The Gas Venture Department</h3><p>The Strategy & Business Development Division (SBDD) is responsible for identifying and developing international gas value chain investment opportunities, encompassing upstream, liquefaction, marketing, and regasification.
