IT/OT Integration Support the integration between Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments. Support the exchange of data between machines, production systems, databases, and enterprise applications. Develop or support solutions for automated collection, processing, and reporting of machine and production data. Support integration with systems such as SAP, MES, databases, BI/reporting platforms, and other enterprise applications where applicable. Support industrial communication technologies and protocols such as OPC/OPC UA where applicable. Work with Network and Infrastructure teams to ensure reliable connectivity between industrial systems and approved IT systems.4. Manufacturing & Production Support Provide technical software support to Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and other manufacturing teams. Respond to software-related incidents that may affect machine availability or production continuity. Analyze recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive solutions. Participate in machine installation, commissioning, testing, and acceptance activities from the software and IT/OT perspective. Backup, Recovery & Business Continuity Maintain reliable backups of machine software, configurations, databases, applications, and critical system files. Cybersecurity & Compliance Apply IT and OT cybersecurity requirements to machine-related software and Industrial PCs. Job Purpose:The General Ledger Accountant is responsible for managing and reviewing general ledger accounts and ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and validity of accounting entries. The role includes performing required reconciliations, managing accruals and prepayments, preparing correcting and reclassification entries, and supporting the monthly and annual financial closing processes. The position aims to ensure the integrity of account balances and the proper recording of transactions in the correct accounting period, account, project, and cost center, as well as preparing the accounting data required for financial reporting and internal and external audits. Key Responsibilities:1. General Ledger Management and Review Review and record accounting journal entries within the assigned area of responsibility and ensure their accuracy, completeness, and supporting documentation. Role Summary The Co-Packing & Co-Manufacturing Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of all co-packing and co-manufacturing projects — both where clients produce at our facilities and where we produce at third-party facilities under our brand or other brands. Lead the attendance system with full authority, control and responsibility over other admins and super users Ensure data accuracy through data cleansing by having all the below results (not limited to them) All active employees are included in the attendance system All resigned employees are archived on time All active employees are assigned to their accurate locations No employees are still assigned on closed stores All new stores are configured, and relevant employees are assigned to them Respond on daily basis to any opened ticket seeking support for the attendance system (like but not limited to the below ones) Technical issues and inquiries (like calculation errors, prayer time errors, integration problems etc.) Daily operation requests that require admin s authority (like restoring archived employees, assigning more than one store for some users, deleting vacations in the past, creating new users and modifying data of existing users .etc.) Performs the induction and on-job training of users and managers. Prepares the platform for adding additional chunks of users in addition to executing the required configurations for these users and their relevant locations or business. Monitors system performance and ensures that system capabilities are providing the best users experience and the system is aligned with regulatory updates and escalates to innovation team any required enhancement. Communications & Institutional Representation • Draft tailored communications, briefing notes, and presentation materials for engagements with UAE sovereign and institutional partners.<br> • Coordinate with CGIAR DTA communications teams to ensure consistent Hub positioning within the UAE and Gulf context.<br> • Support the DTA Product Director in preparing for high-level meetings with the International Affairs Office and ecosystem leadership.<br> About the Role This is a relationship-driven, externally facing consultancy role at the heart of one of the most high-profile agriculture-AI partnerships in the world.<br> Embedded at the MBZUAI Institute for Agriculture and AI, the consultant will operate across sovereign institutions, innovation hubs, and global development partners — fostering the collaborations that enable CGIAR science to reach more farmers faster through AI.<br> The role is ideal for a development professional with deep familiarity with the UAE institutional landscape, strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills, and genuine commitment to the mission of using AI for food security and climate resilience.<br> Required Qualifications • 7+ years of professional experience in partnership development, policy engagement, or programme management in international development, agriculture, or technology.<br> • Strong existing networks within the UAE agriculture, food security, or AI/innovation ecosystem; direct familiarity with UAE government or sovereign institution engagement is essential.<br> • Experience managing multi-stakeholder partnerships across government, international organisations, and private sector actors.<br> • Exposure to agrifood systems, digital development, or AI-enabled programming is highly desirable.<br> • Master’s degree in international development, global affairs, public policy, or a related field.<br> • Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.<br> UAE residency (Golden Visa or equivalent) preferred.<br></span> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">
