<h4>Role overview:</h4>
<p>The Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation in line with Four Seasons’ luxury standards. This role is responsible for leading the culinary team, maintaining high operational efficiency, and delivering outstanding guest dining experiences.</p>
<p>Vivi is our beachfront restaurant in Saudi Arabia, a Mediterranean sanctuary blending flavours from seaside and countryside, with the freshest seafood and shellfish and a curated selection of dry-aged meats.</p>

Be responsible for quote creation and contract negotiations to drive successful outcomes for both customers and Cisco.
