<li >Support valet parking by assisting with the movement of Residence owners' and guest vehicles, and communicate vehicle issues to the Valet Lead.</li>
<li >Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, sidewalks, entrances, and related work areas, including polishing luggage carts and cleaning glass/metal finishes.</li>
<li >Prepare and maintain accurate log records of Residence owners' and guests' calls for assistance.</li>
<li >Document maintenance needs on work orders and submit them to the Director of Residences.</li>
<li >Prepare and document Residence owners’ preferences for the appropriate team member.</li>
<li >Distribute packages, dry-cleaning, groceries, and faxes.</li>
