Role Description The Salesperson at Asask | أساسك is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Riyadh Region. The Salesperson will identify and engage potential real estate developers, contractors, and suppliers, present platform features and benefits, and guide prospects through account creation and onboarding. Daily tasks include building and managing a sales pipeline, conducting in-person and virtual meetings, preparing proposals and follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. The role involves collaborating with customer support and product teams to address client needs, collecting feedback from the market, and contributing to revenue growth targets. The Salesperson is expected to represent Asask professionally at industry events, site visits, and client meetings within the region. Qualifications Solid sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing deals. Experience in client relationship management, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships. Familiarity with the construction or real estate sectors, and an understanding of contractor, developer, and supplier workflows. Strong communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial. Comfort with digital platforms, CRM tools, and basic data tracking for reporting on sales activity and performance. Ability to work hybrid (on-site & remote) in the Riyadh Region, visit clients, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
