Master's Degree in Structural Engineering is preferred. Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer (CEng), MIStructE, MICE, or equivalent professional registration is highly desirable. Membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is preferred. Additional qualifications in Project Management or Construction Management are advantageous. 15 to 20 years of professional civil and structural engineering experience. Minimum 10 years of experience on major high-rise and large-scale building projects. Previous Saudi Arabia or GCC experience is highly preferred. Experience working with international consultants, PMCs, contractors, and developers. Demonstrated involvement throughout the project lifecycle from design development through construction and handover. Experience in construction supervision and site-based engineering roles is preferred.</p>
