<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The Pricing Analyst is responsible for conducting market analyses, performing real estate valuations of the company's lands and real estate products, building and maintaining the comparable transactions database, and supporting the Pricing Supervisor in preparing pricing models and updating prices in line with the approved methodology.
