<br><p>Manage and oversees the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations.</p><br>
<p>Manage the QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other QA/QC documents.</p><br>
<p>Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.</p><br>

We combine technical precision, quality craftsmanship, and modern design to deliver high-quality residential and commercial projects. Our team works across design, production, procurement, and execution to ensure every project is delivered accurately and efficiently. Role Overview We are looking for an Estimation Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for reviewing project drawings and specifications, preparing accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), developing project cost estimates, and supporting tender and quotation preparation for marble, stone, finishing, and related works. The role requires strong technical understanding, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with design, procurement, suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams. Key Responsibilities Review architectural, technical, and shop drawings to determine project scope and requirements. Perform accurate quantity take-offs and prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs). Prepare cost estimates for marble, stone, finishing, installation, and related works. The Senior Procurement Engineer – Electrical is responsible for managing and executing procurement activities related to electrical materials, equipment, and services. The role involves developing procurement strategies, sourcing qualified suppliers, evaluating technical and commercial offers, negotiating prices and contractual terms, and ensuring timely delivery in accordance with project requirements, quality standards, and company policies. Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end procurement process for electrical materials, equipment, and services. Review purchase requisitions, technical specifications, BOQs, drawings, and project requirements. Identify, evaluate, and prequalify suitable local and international electrical suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare and issue RFQs and conduct commercial and technical evaluations of supplier quotations.
