Structure, draft and negotiate all key project and delivery contracts, including (as relevant) EPC / EPCM / design-build contracts, long-lead equipment supply agreements, O&M agreements, master services agreements (MSAs), colocation / GPUaa S contracts, connectivity and cooling arrangements, and land / real estate documentation.
