The role:
Product managers at Malaa are generalists by design. You will not own a single domain; you will work across the whole product, investing, lending, savings and the growth loops that connect them, taking on whatever matters most in a given cycle. The role is built for the way product work is changing. We are looking for a product manager with a software engineering background who can take a problem from "we should address this" to a working version in days, place it in front of customers, read the results and decide whether to scale it or stop it. You will have engineers and designers, and you will be expected to do the first mile of discovery yourself. This is a senior position. You set the priorities for the initiatives you carry, you can explain and defend them, and you are accountable for what you commit to.
What you will own:
You will collaborate with a squad of engineers and carry a changing portfolio of initiatives across the product, prioritised each cycle against what the business needs most. Over your first year, the role covers:Outcomes rather than a backlog. You will be measured on results such as deposits into portfolios, activation and conversion between products, retention and the pace at which your squad ships. Each initiative you take on comes with a target, and you will be asked how you intend to reach it. Building to learn. Before a specification, a prototype. You use AI development tools and your own engineering background to build a working version, read our codebase, define the event taxonomy and query the data directly. Engineers receive a running prototype and a clear brief. Simplifying. Each quarter you remove something: a feature with no usage, a flow with unnecessary steps, a setting that should not exist. Shipping less that works well is part of the role. Growing what works. Once a feature has traction, you improve it through experiments, cohort analysis and funnel data until the numbers move. Treating regulation as product work. Compliance, personal data protection, KYC and disclosures are designed into the product from the start. You involve the compliance team early and make regulated flows feel simple to the customer. Managing intake. Requests reach product from across the company. You maintain a single channel and a single ranked list, and you decline in writing with a reason.
How product and engineering work together? Product and engineering at Malaa operate as one team under a single planning model. Each product manager is paired with a small squad of engineers and its engineering lead, with design shared across squads, and the ratio of product managers to engineers is kept deliberately low. All change, whether customer facing, technical health, reliability or platform, enters the same prioritisation, so a product manager is expected to make the case for engineering health alongside customer outcomes. Execution is coordinated daily within the squad; priorities, capacity and trade offs are settled weekly across squads. Every initiative is documented before it is built, and product managers carry out the technical exploration needed to write complete requirements.
Qualifications:
Required:Three or more years in product management, with real ownership of a live consumer or fintech product and measurable results you can speak to. A software engineering background: a computer science or engineering degree and time spent as an engineer, or an equally strong record of building software yourself. You can read our code and you have built working prototypes with your own hands, with or without AI tools. Fluency with product data. You have defined event tracking, run experiments and made decisions from funnels and cohorts. Professional written and spoken Arabic and English.
Preferred:Experience in a regulated product (banking, investment, lending or insurance) and familiarity with keeping compliance inside the product process. Daily use of AI development and analysis tools, with a working prototype you can show. Experience as the senior product person in a small team, setting the standard for others.
Why join? You will shape a product that manages real money for a large customer base in one of the fastest growing markets in the world. The team is small, the standard is high and the impact of your decisions is visible in the numbers. If you want to build, ship and see results, this is that seat.

Company Description Hams. AI is an AI company building enterprise automation platforms for large organizations across Saudi Arabia and the region. We work with organizations in government, healthcare, insurance, telecom, financial services, and other high-volume service sectors where customer experience, operational efficiency, reliability, and control are critical. Through our Unified Communication Platform and Agentic Platform, Hams. AI helps enterprises automate customer interactions, internal workflows, service processes, and data-driven decisions across multiple channels and systems. Our solutions are designed for real operational environments, supporting use cases that require accuracy, speed, integration readiness, security awareness, and measurable business impact at scale. As Hams. AI continues to grow, we are looking for people who can work closely with enterprise clients, understand complex operations, and help shape AI solutions that move from strategy into real production.
About the Role We’re seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to shape how enterprise clients and internal teams see, understand, and control complex AI automation, conversation flow builders, agent configuration canvases, live monitoring dashboards, and analytics. You will own the design of high-density, workflow-heavy products where clarity, trust, and control matter more than decoration. This means turning complicated operational logic, branching conversation flows, escalation rules, multi-agent handoffs, real-time call journeys, into interfaces that non-technical enterprise users can configure and monitor with confidence. You’ll work closely with product, frontend engineering, and clients to make sure design decisions hold up in real production use, not just in mockups.
What You Will Do- Own end-to-end UX for core product surfaces: flow/canvas builders, agent configuration, live monitoring dashboards, and analytics views.- Translate complex business logic and operational workflows (branching, escalation, fallback, integrations) into clear, learnable interaction models.- Design, maintain, and evolve a scalable design system and component library, working closely with frontend engineers on implementation feasibility.- Run and synthesize user research with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders to validate flows before and after release.- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for both web dashboard and canvas-based visual tools.- Partner with product managers to scope features, and with engineers to ensure designs ship as intended, not just as approved.- Simplify high-density, data-heavy screens (call logs, journey timelines, agent metrics) without losing the detail power users need.- Establish and enforce UX quality bars: consistency, accessibility, edge-case handling, and error/empty states across the product.- Present design rationale and tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients.
Qualifications- 3+ years of professional experience in product design/UI/UX, ideally on Saa S, enterprise software, dashboards, or complex workflow tools.- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end process: research/problem framing, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and shipped outcomes, not just visuals.- Proven experience designing complex, data-dense, or workflow/canvas-based interfaces (flow builders, admin panels, analytics dashboards, or similar).- Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent), including component systems, auto-layout, and design tokens.- Working understanding of frontend constraints (React component structure, state, responsive behavior) to design things that are actually buildable.- Experience conducting or synthesizing user research, usability testing, and translating findings into design decisions.- Strong grasp of information architecture, interaction design, and accessibility standards.- Ability to simplify ambiguous, technical, or operationally complex problems into clear, usable interfaces.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable defending design decisions with reasoning, not just taste.- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Why Join Us? At Hams AI, you’ll design the interfaces that make real AI automation usable for large enterprises across the region. You’ll work on genuinely hard UX problems, not another marketing site, with real ownership over how thousands of end users interact with production AI systems every day.
Apply here: https://form.asana.com/?k=MD4x MTFRJD5t6bo A0W1EFQ&d=1210838775195077
