The role provides advanced engineering expertise, operational leadership, and technical support to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable drilling performance while meeting customer expectations, company standards, and regulatory requirements. Working closely with customers, drilling contractors, and internal teams, the Field Engineer III serves as the primary engineering resource for complex onshore and offshore MPD projects.</p><br><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><br><ul><li>Lead the execution of Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) operations in accordance with approved engineering programs, operational procedures, and HSE standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide real-time engineering support during drilling, tripping, casing running, cementing, and other well construction activities requiring MPD.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and optimize drilling parameters, hydraulic performance, and pressure data to maintain wellbore pressure control.&nbsp;</li><li>Operate and oversee automated MPD
