Job Title : Country Product Manager Job Description: Responsibilities: • Be responsible for product lines development in KSA market.• Design efficient and effective 4P plan to achieve organization’s long-term objectives• Plan & propose annual/quarterly product plan to management with roadmap for execution• Drive the organization’s product & sales strategy through operational execution in coordination with Asus sales team, authorized distributors, resellers & system integration partners• Plan, own & execute the annual/quarterly product goals from a P&L perspective• End-to-end management of product & supply chain dynamics in coordination with cross-functional teams in the region, territory & HQ• End-to-end management of product, pricing & supply chain to achieve quarterly/annual business goals• Support end-user & channel sales team with product information, pricing & supply chain alignment. This includes planning, forecasting, ordering, resource allocation & internal reporting• Develop strong relationships with end-customer contacts at executive level to gain insight into their business imperatives and IT drivers enabling development of a strategy to sell Asus products & solutions (Notebooks, AiO, Desktops & Chromebooks)• Ensure organized interaction with end-customer & channel on Asus product roadmaps. Organize regular product trainings for internal team, channel partners & customers• Effectively engage and build cooperative relationships with System Integrators, Distributors, Resellers & Asus Service Partners• Present weekly/monthly sales progress over regular reviews with BDM & Regional Head• Track competitor product/pricing to develop competition map & Asus strategy to stay ahead• Explore new end-customer leads provided by inside sales team to assess account potential & map them to propose appropriate products/solutions• Be pro-active in regularly collecting market information to assess the demand & arrive at quarterly/monthly ordering forecast on the global supply chain system Qualifications :• Bachelors degree or equivalent• Good command of English – spoken & written. Knowing Arabic is preferred• Understanding of local IT market with 3 -5 years sales related working experience in the IT business either from a vendor or distributor•Proactive, outgoing and goal-oriented.•Strong execution.•Fluent communication in English is required. Job Purpose: The Manager Forensic Planning is responsible for leading delay analysis, forensic schedule reviews, and claims support functions across projects. The role supports contract administration, dispute resolution, and claim defense/entitlement by providing robust, evidence-based schedule analyses in accordance with recognized industry standards (e.g., SCL Protocol, AACE International). The incumbent ensures that all time-related claims are substantiated with accurate data, credible methodologies, and clear narratives, thereby safeguarding organizational contractual and commercial interests.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the forensic planning function across multiple projects, ensuring consistency in methodology, quality, and deliverables.</li><li>Perform detailed delay analyses using recognized techniques such as Time Impact Analysis (TIA), Windows Analysis, Impacted As-Planned, Collapsed As-Built, and other cause-and-effect methodologies as appropriate.</li><li>Review baseline schedules, updates, and progress data to identify delays, disruptions, concurrency, and productivity impacts.</li><li>Establish cause-effect relationships between events and project delays, ensuring defensible and audit-ready outputs.</li><li>Support preparation, evaluation, and rebuttal of Extension of Time (EOT) claims, disruption claims, and acceleration claims.</li><li>Interface closely with Contracts, Commercial, and Legal teams to develop claim strategies and responses.</li><li>Provide expert input for formal notices, claim submissions, and dispute resolution processes including adjudication, arbitration, or litigation support.</li><li>Review subcontractor and supplier claims to assess entitlement, quantum, and risk exposure to the organization.</li><li>Develop and maintain contemporaneous records strategy in coordination with project teams to strengthen claim positions.</li><li>Conduct forensic audits of project schedules and records to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for claim recovery or defense.</li><li>Ensure alignment of forensic analyses with contract provisions, including delay, concurrency, float ownership, and mitigation obligations.</li><li>Prepare clear, structured, and contractually robust reports, including narratives, schedule extracts, and evidentiary support.</li><li>Provide guidance and training to project planning teams on best practices for record-keeping, baseline integrity, and delay identification.</li><li>Participate in negotiations with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on time-related claims and disputes.</li><li>Support management in risk identification and mitigation related to time and cost impacts across projects.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement in forensic planning tools, processes, and templates.</li></ul>Key Deliverables:<ul><li>Forensic delay analysis reports compliant with SCL/AACE guidelines.</li><li>Extension of Time (EOT) entitlement assessments.</li><li>Claim narratives and supporting documentation.</li><li>Rebuttal reports for client or subcontractor claims.</li><li>Expert-ready documentation for dispute resolution proceedings.</li></ul>
