Responsibilities: Prepare the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and approved Baseline Schedules for projects. Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules and plans using Primavera. Prepare high-level project progress and performance reports for executive management using Power BI. Conduct S-Curve analyses and perform resource and manpower loading. Monitor and control project costs, ensuring alignment with approved budgets. Track project progress against baseline plans, identify deviations, and conduct delay analyses.
