<p><strong>Role Purpose</strong></p><p>Coordinate studio security and access operations for the Film Studio asset, ensuring safe, controlled, and production-friendly access for crew, tenants, visitors, contractors, vehicles, and equipment. <p>JOB OVERVIEW The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations at FAENA, ensuring the safety of guests, employees, and resort assets. The role supervises security officers, monitors patrols and surveillance systems, responds to incidents, and enforces safety procedures while maintaining a discreet, professional approach aligned with ultra-luxury hospitality standards. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise daily security operations across assigned resort areas. Lead and monitor security officers during patrols, shifts, and post assignments. Ensure all access points, entrances, and restricted areas are properly controlled. Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and security equipment to detect and respond to incidents. Respond promptly to security incidents, disturbances, and emergencies. Report and document incidents accurately and escalate issues to the Security Manager when necessary. Conduct regular inspections of resort premises to identify safety or security risks. Enforce resort security policies, procedures, and access control standards. Assist in managing VIP guest security arrangements when required. Support crowd control and safety measures during events, peak periods, and special operations. Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Housekeeping, and other departments for operational security needs. Ensure proper handover between shifts and maintain accurate logbook records. Conduct toolbox talks and briefings for security staff at the start of shifts. Ensure all security personnel are properly groomed, trained, and following standards.
