<li>Allocate tasks and manage mechanical technicians, skilled workers, and laborers to ensure productivity and efficient execution of work.</li>
<li>Execute works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and instructions provided by the Mechanical Site Engineer.</li>
<li>Monitor manpower utilization and ensure that work progresses according to the approved schedule.</li>
<li>Inspect work areas and verify that installations are carried out correctly and in compliance with quality standards.</li>
<li>Coordinate with other site disciplines and foremen to avoid clashes and ensure smooth workflow.</li>
<li>Report daily work progress, manpower deployment, material requirements, and any site issues to the Mechanical Site Engineer.</li>
<li>Ensure the availability and proper use of materials, tools, equipment, and consumables required for site activities.</li>
<li>Verify that materials received on site are suitable for installation and comply with approved specifications.</li>
<li>Assist in conducting inspections, testing, balancing, and commissioning activities of mechanical systems.</li>
<li>Identify site constraints, technical issues, or deviations and communicate them promptly to the Mechanical Site Engineer.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with site safety regulations, HSE requirements, and company policies by all team members.</li>
<li>Conduct daily toolbox talks and promote a safe working environment.</li>
<li>Monitor housekeeping standards and maintain organized work areas.</li>
<li>Support quality control activities and ensure adherence to Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).</li>
<li>Assist in rectifying non-conformities and implementing corrective actions as instructed.</li>
<li>Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades to facilitate uninterrupted work progress.</li>
<li>Maintain records of daily activities, attendance, equipment utilization, and completed work.</li>
<li>Support the preparation of snag lists and ensure timely completion of corrective works.</li>
<li>Provide on-the-job guidance and coaching to mechanical workers to improve workmanship and productivity.</li>
<li>Stay informed about updated installation practices, materials, and construction techniques relevant to mechanical works. Also, stay informed on the latest trends, materials and technology in the industry to keep our projects at the forefront of innovation.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by management.</li>

<p>Qualifications </p>
<p>Education and Experience:</p>
<ul>
<li>Mechanical Diploma from a recognized Technical/Industrial Institute or equivalent qualification.</li>
<li>6+ years of experience in mechanical site execution, including HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, MEP, or related construction fields.</li>
<li>Previous experience in supervising site mechanical teams within construction projects is preferred.</li>
</ul>
<p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and installation practices.</li>
<li>Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, shop drawings, and installation details.</li>
<li>Good understanding of mechanical materials, fittings, tools, and equipment used in site execution.</li>
<li>Familiarity with testing and commissioning support activities.</li>
<li>Knowledge of relevant safety standards and site HSE procedures.</li>
<li>Basic proficiency in MS Office applications for reporting purposes is preferred.</li>
<li>Good communication and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Strong leadership and team supervision capabilities.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.</li>
<li>Good understanding of project workflows and site coordination requirements.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.</li>
