In this pivotal role, you will design, implement, and maintain secure cloud network architectures while leading technical initiatives and mentoring the next generation of engineers.<br>Key Responsibilities Architecture & Implementation: Design and execute secure, scalable network architectures tailored for enterprise environments. Perimeter Defense: Deploy, configure, and manage high-performance firewalls, VPNs, and security appliances to maintain robust security perimeters. Risk Management & Testing: Perform regular network assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to proactively identify and mitigate security risks. Policy & Incident Management: Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to enforce strict security policies, resolve complex network issues, and produce detailed incident reports. Documentation & Governance: Develop and maintain thorough, up-to-date network topologies and security documentation. Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior engineers, building technical capability and driving continuous knowledge sharing across the team.<br>Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 10+ years of proven hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure operations, design, and automation within multi-cloud environments. Routing & Switching: Deep expertise in enterprise network design and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS) and switching features (STP, HSRP, VRRP). Firewalls & VPNs: Advanced expertise in firewall platforms (Forti Gate, Palo Alto) and secure VPN deployments (Global Protect, DMVPN). Identity & Access Management: Strong proficiency in managing Cisco ISE for device authentication and security policy enforcement. Traffic & Wireless: Extensive experience with load balancers (F5, A10) and wireless network controllers (Cisco WLC). Cloud & Virtualization: Practical experience with cloud networks (Oracle Cloud, Cloudflare) and virtualization platforms (VMware). Certifications: CCNP Security, PCNSE, NSE 1, and PMP (or equivalent certifications) are strongly preferred.
