Coordinate across disciplines for seamless design execution. Construction Supervision:Conduct site visits for inspections and resolve architectural discrepancies. Review contractor submittals and ensure adherence to specifications. Documentation & Reporting:Maintain project records, correspondence, and progress reports. Prepare specifications and material selection guidelines. Innovation & Compliance:Implement sustainable design principles and stay updated on industry trends. Integrate advanced technologies and software tools (Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, BIM). Team Leadership:Mentor junior architects and supervise drafting teams. Assist in technical interviews for architectural department recruitment. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering (Master’s preferred). Experience: 10–15+ years in architectural design and consultancy, preferably on mega projects. Certifications:Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership. Professional certifications (e.g., RIBA, AIA) are a plus. Skills:Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, BIM, and 3D modeling software.
