Job Summary: Responsible for the manufacturing assessment of non-conformities, late changes to support production, and supporting and identifying continuous improvement opportunities for the manufacturing process. Responds to technical questions and explains work orders/drawings, especially for aircraft mechanical related items. Establishes and maintains effective communications with FAL production and serves as interface to the on site back office for work order adaptation. Job Purpose The Interior Design Engineer will be responsible for providing professional interior design and technical support to showroom customers, understanding their requirements, developing design concepts, preparing presentations and drawings, and ensuring that proposed solutions are practical, aesthetically appropriate, and aligned with Razin’s products and capabilities. Key Responsibilities Meet and communicate with showroom clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, budget, and project scope. Develop interior design concepts and furniture layouts based on client requirements. Prepare 2D layouts, elevations, and 3D designs/renders using appropriate design software. Prepare furniture selections, material specifications, finishes, colors, and design presentations for clients. Recommend suitable Razin products, furniture, materials, and finishes according to the project requirements. Coordinate with the Sales, Estimation, Technical, and Production teams to ensure design proposals are technically and commercially feasible. Prepare quotations or coordinate with the Estimation team based on approved designs and specifications. Make revisions to designs based on client feedback and obtain the necessary approvals. Ensure all dimensions, materials, finishes, and specifications are accurate before issuing drawings or proposals. Follow up with clients and support the Sales team in converting design proposals into confirmed orders. Maintain organized records of drawings, designs, client requirements, and approvals. Ensure all showroom designs and presentations follow Razin’s standards and professional image. Visit project sites when required to verify dimensions and existing conditions. Support the team during installation or delivery when technical clarification is required. Stay updated on current interior design trends, furniture styles, materials, and finishes. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience in interior design, furniture, fit-out, or showroom environments. Strong knowledge of furniture layouts, materials, finishes, and interior detailing. Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar design software. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong presentation and client communication skills. Good understanding of measurements, dimensions, and technical drawings.
