Minimum 12 years of experience in architectural site supervision. JOB PURPOSE<br>The E&S engineer will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring environmental and social compliance during the construction phase of projects. This includes implementing and monitoring environmental and social management plans, conducting inspections and audits, compliance checks and assessing project adherence to relevant regulations and standards. We are looking for an experienced Electrical Testing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in electrical testing, commissioning, inspection, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment. Key Responsibilities:• Perform electrical testing, inspection, and commissioning activities for electrical systems and equipment.• Conduct testing of transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, protection systems, CTs, PTs, and other electrical equipment.• Perform insulation resistance, continuity, earth resistance, transformer testing, and related electrical tests.• Carry out relay and protection system testing and verification.• Review electrical drawings, test procedures, and technical specifications.• Identify and troubleshoot electrical faults and testing issues.• Prepare detailed test reports, inspection reports, and technical documentation.• Ensure all testing activities comply with applicable international standards, safety requirements, and approved procedures.• Coordinate with project teams, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders during testing and commissioning activities.• Ensure testing equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.• Support site activities and provide technical recommendations when required. Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.• 4–6 years of relevant experience in electrical testing and commissioning.• Strong hands-on experience with electrical testing equipment and instruments.• Good knowledge of electrical protection systems and testing procedures.• Experience with LV, MV, and/or HV electrical systems is preferred.• Familiarity with relevant international standards such as IEC, IEEE, and NFPA.• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications.• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.• Good communication and reporting skills.• Willingness to travel to project sites when required. Preferred Certifications:• Electrical Testing & Commissioning certifications.• Protection Relay Testing certification.• Relevant safety certifications.
