Oversee the coordination and administration of all aspects of ongoing programs including planning, organizing, leading, and controlling program activities.</span></li>
<li><strong><span>Admissions & Selection:</span></strong><span> Manage the student selection and admission process to ensure high-potential candidates are enrolled in the Academy.</span></li>

We are seeking an experienced Design Lead – Landscape to support a major urban regeneration program in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership in landscape design across large-scale mixed-use, public realm, and urban development projects. The Deputy for the Store Managers will manage the operations of the store in their absence and its workforce in line with the overall business objectives at Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle.<br>ROLE PROFILELead the team in excellent customer service standards and enable the fulfillment of exceptional customer experiences through a clear understanding of company/brand CX standards, individual customer needs, and an awareness of current trends and competitor Drive the Store team to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times. Build and maintain professional relationships with support teams, providing regular relevant feedback to Marketing, Buying and Planning. Drive sales and take initiative to increase sales and business improvement through keen awareness of set KPI targets. Manage and implement all sales promotions and brand activities, providing communication to the relevant support teams to ensure maximization of sale. Maximize sales opportunities through clear and consistent communication with the Buying and Planning departments. Ensure smooth store operations in the absence of the store manager, dealing with any potential disruptions to the business in a timely manner. Measurement and valuation of contractors work for payments and account purposes. Providing detailed Bill of Quantities for tendering and construction administration. Ensure compliance with procedures relating to tendering, evaluation and award of contracts. Tender estimate analysis and evaluation. Assistance with pricing of system-based Bill of Quantities. Complete accurate costing for each aspect of site development. Estimate the quantity and cost of materials and labors for construction. Provide price comparison between different sources to have a competitive pricing. Preparing, negotiating and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts. Sourcing and/or obtain quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors for the preparation of cost estimation. Preparation of Interim and Final development appraisals and budgets. Preparing, negotiating and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts. Ensure that payments to contractors are made on time and in accordance with the contract agreement. Verifying claims and payments throughout the contract constructions phase. Attending monthly Development Team meetings & Groundworker meetings on site. Attend design meetings and provide advice on costs and construction solutions to clients Contract administration. Resolve contractual and commercial issues that may arise.<br>Qualifications:<br>Bachelor's degree in civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or a related field.5 years minimum experience. Experience in dealing with consultants/contractors/subcontractor. Professional Auto CAD and Revit user. Have an excellent ability to read, analyze and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing in Arabic & English Language.
