Be ready and fit to operate ensuring productivity is in line with set measures and company’s adopted policies and procedures.<br><br>Conduct<br><br>Key Result Responsibilities<br><br>Ensures timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness and legality of self for the assigned flights. Attends “Briefing” to ensure acknowledgement of flight details, distribution of roles, targets, security checks, boarding, etc.<br><br>Safety Measures<br><br>Instructs passengers on safety procedures to be followed ensuring their safety and comfort at all times. Identifies areas of safety and security risks and partners with the Cabin Supervisor to take remedial action in accordance with the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Administers first aid to passengers where necessary. Informs Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew and Captain, as appropriate, with any irregularities and malfunctions promptly. <br><br>Customer Service<br><br>Welcomes passengers and assists in their boarding formalities; enters necessary data into the aircraft logbook as per the Airline and Civil Aviation Authority’s adopted procedures. Provides constant excellent customer services to passengers by attending to their individual pre-bookings, requests and needs. Identifies and assists passengers experiencing stress or difficulties in accordance with the corresponding policies and procedures detailed in the Operations Manual and other relevant instructions. Contributes to maximizing on-board revenue and “Charity Cloud” program by efficiently promoting the on-board meals, products and charity services and thereby achieves individual and team targets. Ensures proper and secure handling of cash and credit card payments received against individual sales and donations managed by him/her. <br><br>Crosschecking And Reports<br><br>Carries out pre-flight checks to ensure sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, catering equipment and other specified equipment prior to take off; provides report for any deficiencies to Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain as appropriate. Assists in ensuring the aircraft cabin is cleaned thoroughly at transit stations and that adequate re-catering and duty free products are provided before flying. Ensures orderly and complete handover/takeover of the cabin to/from catering, cleaning and/or maintenance staff. Carries out the post-flight briefing and assessment reports as per adopted policies and procedures: provides objective evaluation of the Cabin Supervisor, reports any problems or discrepancies on flight, closing and sealing of duty free containers. Accounts to Cabin Supervisor for the conduct of passengers; carries out the duties of ‘Cabin Supervisor’ when designated as such by the Captain. Maintains necessary professional and safety knowledge and competitiveness by attending recurrent trainings, emergency procedures trainings, and educational workshops and by ensuring current license. The role involves sourcing qualified candidates locally and internationally, coordinating interviews and selection processes, managing recruitment agencies, and overseeing all pre-mobilization activities including documentation, visa processing, medicals, attestation, travel, and onboarding.<br>Key Duties & Responsibilities1. Sourcing & Recruitment Source qualified candidates through recruitment agencies, job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and overseas recruitment channels. Develop and maintain an updated database of qualified candidates for current and future manpower requirements. Review manpower requests, job descriptions, and client requirements to identify suitable sourcing strategies. Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, technical skills, salary expectations, and client requirements. <p>As Sales Manager for KSA, you will be the face of Sol de Janeiro in the Saudi market, owning the in-store performance, brand experience, and education. You'll spend most of your time in the field, visiting doors, coaching beauty advisors, driving sell-out, and bringing the joyful experiences of Sol de Janeiro to life. You'll also play a key role in supporting consumer activations, PR events, and retailer animations across the region.</p>

About Mawj:Mawj is a Riyadh-based marketing group working across education, hospitality, real estate and technology. Our growing portfolio includes brands such as Reigate Grammar School Riyadh and Nobles. We are building a full in-house team across account management, media, creative and production. Our marketing is judged by business results: enrolments, bookings, sales, qualified leads, conversion rates and cost per acquisition — not views and likes alone.<br>The Role:You will own marketing for a portfolio of brands end to end: strategy, planning, paid media, content, CRM, conversion, reporting, AI-enabled workflows and team leadership. You will lead account, media and creative specialists, work directly with brand management, and explain with numbers what worked, what did not and what comes next. Review targeting, creative, bidding, landing pages and conversion paths. Test audiences, offers, messages and landing experiences systematically. Reallocate budgets based on performance and know when to scale, reduce, restructure or stop. Know when the problem is the advertising and when it is not.<br>Funnel & Conversion Ownership Your responsibility does not end when a lead is generated. Review the full journey after the click. Identify issues in landing pages, forms, response times, Whats App, sales follow-up and CRM. Compare leads with actual registrations, bookings and sales; track quality, not just volume. Work with sales, admissions, customer service and operations when conversion depends on their response. Identify funnel leakage, build first-party retargeting audiences and recommend operational changes when the bottleneck is not advertising.<br>AI & Marketing Technology Strong practical AI experience is a core requirement.
