يهدف البرنامج إلى تمكين الكفاءات الوطنية الشابة من اكتساب الخبرة العملية في بيئة مهنية محفزة، والمساهمة في تطوير مهاراتهم التطبيقية بما يتوافق مع مستهدفات التحول في القطاع الصحي.<br>الشروط:• أن يكون المتقدم أو المتقدمة طالبًا/طالبة في مرحلة البكالوريوس.• أن يكون التدريب التعاوني متطلبًا للتخرج من الجامعة.• إرفاق خطاب طلب التدريب التعاوني من الجهة التعليمية.• اجتياز إجراءات المفاضلة والترشيح.<br>التخصصات المستهدفة:التخصصات الإدارية.التخصصات التقنية.التخصصات الاكتوارية.<br>مدة التدريب:يمتد البرنامج لمدة ستة أشهر، ابتداءً من شهر سبتمبر وحتى نهاية شهر فبراير.<br>نتطلع إلى استقطاب الكفاءات الوطنية الطموحة والمساهمة في إعداد جيل مهني قادر على دعم مستهدفات القطاع الصحي في المملكة.
