<p>We are seeking a skilled BIM Technical Architect to join our Architecture team in KSA. </p><p>The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and reviewing architectural BIM models and drawings across Fit-Out &amp; Finishing stages. The role requires collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that design intent is effectively translated into coordinated BIM models while adhering to project requirements and industry standards.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.</li><li>Prepare architectural drawings, documentation, schedules, details, construction documentation, and shop drawings.</li><li>Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, façade, landscape, ID and other disciplines.</li><li>Perform clash detection and model coordination to identify and resolve design conflicts using Navisworks and other relevant BIM tools.</li><li>Ensure models and drawings comply with project specifications, design standards, BIM Execution Plans, and company procedures.</li><li>Review architectural designs and identify discrepancies, coordination issues, and constructability concerns.</li><li>Collaborate with all project stakeholders to resolve design and coordination issues.</li><li>Extract accurate drawings, schedules, quantities, and information from BIM models.</li><li>Participate in design reviews and coordination meetings and provide technical BIM support.</li><li>Maintain model integrity, naming conventions, worksets, shared coordinates, and project data.</li><li>Assist in improving BIM processes and ensuring consistent model quality throughout the project life cycle.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>KSA residents must have a transferable iqama&nbsp;</li><li>Notice Period doesn't exceed 2 Weeks</li><li>Bachelor’s in Architectural Engineering.</li><li>5 -7 years of relevant technical experience within a construction environment.</li><li>Strong experience in BIM-based workflow and documentation.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture.</li><li>Good working knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination workflows.</li><li>Strong understanding of architectural design principles, detailing, and construction documentation.</li><li>Experience coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models.</li><li>Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and model development requirements.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills with all project stakeholders</li></ul><p><br></p>
