qualified in civil engineering, structural engineering, or a related discipline.</span><br><span>• Proven experience in structural and civil design compliance, design management, engineering assurance, or construction supervision on major projects.</span><br><span>• Strong experience acting for or alongside the engineer on major projects under FIDIC or similar contract forms.</span><br><span>• Demonstrable experience reviewing and approving structural and civil engineering submittals, shop drawings, construction methodologies, temporary works, and site installations.</span><br><span>• Strong technical background in reinforced concrete, structural steel, foundations, earthworks, infrastructure, utilities, roads, bridges, or major civil engineering works.</span><br><span>• Experience overseeing structural installations, construction sequencing, testing, inspections, and engineering compliance during construction.</span><br><span>• Experience delivering large-scale, complex, or high-profile developments, infrastructure programmes, or major capital projects.</span><br><span>• Strong understanding of engineering design principles, structural analysis, construction methodologies, materials, and applicable international engineering standards and codes.</span><br><span>• Experience within the Middle East, with knowledge of authority and regulatory requirements (KSA preferred).</span><br><span>• Professional accreditation such as CEng, PE, MIStructE, MICE, PMP, or equivalent preferred.</span><br><span>• Strong stakeholder management, We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead contractual and commercial management for major landscape, public realm, irrigation, and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will manage high-value main contracts and subcontracts, protect the company’s commercial interests, lead claims and change management, and provide strategic contractual advice to project leadership. This role is suited to a senior professional with proven Saudi mega-project experience, strong FIDIC knowledge, and the ability to manage complex multi-package environments, claims, contractual correspondence, and final-account negotiations. Key Responsibilities Lead the administration of main contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, tender documents, BOQs, specifications, drawings, and contractual correspondence. Review contract conditions and identify commercial risks, notice requirements, obligations, exclusions, milestones, payment terms, insurance requirements, and performance-security obligations. Develop and implement project contract-administration procedures, registers, reporting formats, and risk-control measures. Lead the preparation, review, submission, negotiation, and settlement of variations, change orders, extension-of-time submissions, disruption claims, prolongation claims, and final accounts. Proven experience managing complex, high-value contracts with multiple subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and client stakeholders. Demonstrable experience in variations, claims, extension of time, delay/disruption matters, contractual notices, payment certification, and final-account negotiations. Strong experience with FIDIC forms of contract, particularly Red Book and Yellow Book, as well as bespoke employer and Saudi developer contract forms. Practical knowledge of Saudi Arabian construction practices, local authority procedures, client/PMC requirements, and government or developer procurement processes. Experience on large landscape scopes, including hardscape, softscape, irrigation systems, drainage, earthworks, grading, water features, landscape lighting, street furniture, playgrounds, shade structures, planting, nurseries, and maintenance works. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Law, Commercial Management, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as MRICS, MCIArb/ACIArb, PMP, or equivalent are highly preferred. Strong understanding of contractual risk, claims management, delay analysis, prolongation, disruption, acceleration, liquidated damages, and dispute resolution. and measure trade productivity to support project execution within budget and schedule</li><li>Provide comments and recommendations for the Engineering function to generate shop drawings</li><li>Assist the Project Manager in developing project work plan, assign work activities, monitor workflow and direct activities to serve project goals and plans</li><li>Follow up on delivery and close out of site works in accordance to the contractual arrangements and agreed financial and commercial objectives</li><li>Prepare and present monthly site summary reports for the Project Manager</li><li>Support the development and maintenance of a constructive relationship with clients</li><li>Develop, implement and monitor project plans, project controls mechanisms (progress vs. plan), make recommendations on changes to the project specifications, budgets, schedules to the Project Director and highlight possible risks with mitigation plans</li><li>Work with suppliers and subcontractors to establish detailed project plans identifying key milestones and deliverables</li><li>Promote and maintain health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are departments</li><li>Prepare all Inspection Requests and follow up with Consultant’s engineers all approvals of the works</li><li>Ensure the implementation of the company QHSE plans on site</li></ul><br>Qualifications:<br><ul><li>B.Sc. in Civil Engineering</li><li>10 years of experience in construction and project management, of which at least 4 years in Construction managerial position</li><li>Proficiency in written and spoken English (Arabic is a plus)</li><li>Advanced training courses in Project Management is a plus</li><li>Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Highly responsible and reliable with exceptional attention of detail.</li><li>Highly skilled in team management and able to work cohesively as part of the wider organization</li><li>Excellent communication and organization skills.</li><li>Proven ability to handle multiple complex projects with a focus on results.</li><li>Strong cost awareness and impact on business bottom line.</li><li>Good knowledge in Construction Management, QA/QC Management, and Contractual Management</li><li>Demonstrate high level of knowledge in civil construction management along
