Learn more about our extraordinary teams building inspiring projects in our Impact Report.<br><br>Project Overview<br><br>The Ar Rjum Project comprises a green field gold project with three open pit mining operations with associated waste dumps and ore stockpile, a processing plant, tailings management facilities, and supporting infrastructure including water supply, power supply, maintenance facilities, offices, temporary and permanent accommodation village.<br><br>The Project is situated within the Central Arabian Gold Region, approximately 200 km north-east of Taif towards Riyadh and about 26 km South of Al Mouwayh, which is a small town situated on the Jeddah - Riyadh highway.<br><br>Job Summary<br><br>As the Senior Cost Engineer for the Process Plant, you will be responsible for analysis and cost control activities for the General Construction Contractor, which includes the scope Concrete, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Platework, Electrical and Instrumentation scope for the Process Facility. You will prepare cost forecasts, review cost trends, and implement project requirements for cost control. Your detailed analysis will provide innovative solutions to cost engineering challenges.<br><br>Major Responsibilities<br><br>Maintain cost budgets and accurate cost & cashflow forecasts, utilising the change management system. Performs ongoing cost & cash flow analysis. Monitor progress of contractors, verify monthly incurred costs, prepare monthly accruals and provide variance analysis. Ensure approved trends and changes are incorporated into the overall project estimate at completion (EAC) and budget for cost and quantities. Prepare routine performance reports and special studies related to assigned scope for presentation to project, corporate, and/or customer management team(s). Maintains open communications with other organizations to support cost engineering analysis and control activities <br><br>Education And Experience Requirements<br><br>Requires Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Project/Construction Management or related fields (or international equivalent) and 10 - 15 years of relevant experience; alternatively, 15 - 20 years of relevant work experience.<br><br>Required Knowledge And Skills<br><br>Proficiency in using PC operating systems and multi discipline specific software applications (Eco Sys, Power BI, Microsoft applications). Manager Cost & Contracts Job Scope:To be based in KSA and responsible for construction and fitting – out contract administration for renovation of existing and construction of new airport Lounges, Hotels, F&B outlets and relevant services in Saudi Arabia.
