Manages the implementation of the approved QIC procurement strategies required to procure quality and cost-effective goods and services and supports identifying the appropriate purchasing method accordingly (i.<br>e. single sourcing, competitive bidding).<br> 11. Manages negotiations with vendors for the optimization of materials/services and the minimization of risks and ensure adoption of approved contracts’ terms and conditions when bidding a contract and recommend changes, validates through QIC governance procedures.<br> 12.
