Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in proposals, presales, solutioning, bid management, or tender management in Saudi Arabia.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in preparing technical and financial proposals for government and private-sector projects.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience in reviewing RFPs, RFQs, tender documents, and contractual requirements.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to prepare compliance matrices, scopes of work, bills of quantities, pricing sheets, and implementation plans.</p></li><li><p>Good understanding of Saudi procurement processes and government tendering procedures.</p></li><li><p>Experience coordinating with technical teams, vendors, distributors, and subcontractors.</p></li><li><p>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.</p></li><li><p>Arabic-language proficiency is strongly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Excellent attention to detail, document-management skills, and ability to work under strict deadlines.</p></li><li><p>All technical and financial proposals must be prepared and submitted in the Arabic language only.</p></li><li><p>Candidates of Arab nationality are preferred.</p></li></ul><br><p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p><ol><li><p>Experience in IT solutions, cybersecurity, cloud services, digital transformation, ERP, networking, infrastructure,
