Own the local content agenda across the legal entities and projects in scope — from tender-stage local content (LC) calculations and certification support through to annual entity LC audits and ongoing project performance monitoring. Saudi National (mandatory). Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, construction, or a related field.<br>Skills & Competencies:Strong computer skills (MS Office and relevant systems). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Good organizational and coordination skills. Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).<br>Preferred Requirements:Experience in handover processes or facility/property management is an advantage.
