<p><span>Almarai is seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead the engineering and maintenance function within our Infant Nutrition manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal plant reliability, operational efficiency, safety compliance, asset performance, and continuous improvement across a highly automated manufacturing environment.</span></p><br><br>

<p><span>This role will provide strategic leadership for preventative maintenance, engineering projects, CAPEX planning, budget control, and the development of engineering teams to support world-class infant nutrition production standards. The position requires extensive experience in spray drying technology, packaging systems, and infant formula manufacturing processes while maintaining compliance with quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements.</span></p><br><br>

<li><span>At least 5 years in a similar leadership position within an Infant Nutrition manufacturing environment</span></li>
<li><span>Proven experience with leading infant nutrition manufacturers or equivalent organizations</span></li>
<li><span>Extensive experience in Preventive Maintenance (PPM) implementation, engineering operations, and asset reliability management</span></li>
<li><span>Strong experience in <strong>Spray Drying plant operations and maintenance</strong></span></li>
<li><span>Experience maintaining <strong>Can Filling, Sachet Filling, Ready-to-Drink (RTD), and Ready-to-Feed (RTF)</strong> production equipment</span></li>
<li><span>Hands-on knowledge of packaging systems including: </span>

<li><span>Tetra Pak</span></li>
<li><span>GEA Can Fillers</span></li>
<li><span>Rovema packaging equipment</span></li>

<p><span>Lead a team to ensure the timely and effective provisioning of orders, purchase, delivery, receipt storage and issue of all spare parts and equipment in line with Inventory Control Procedures and in a safe manner within laid down quality standards providing management with all necessary information and reports as specified.</span></p><br><br>

<li><span>Investigates Inventory discrepancies by comparing orders against actual production output </span></li>
<li><span>Ensures that all orders/ STO are allocated and covered in the load plans of all Outbound Whse</span></li>
<li><span>Coordinate with Warehouse Operations, Transport planning, Production planning, ATOMS, EWM to resolve inventory related issues</span></li>
<li><span>Continuous simulation & planning of daily load plans of dairy, bakery, & etc. to enhance processes, productivity, and warehouse efficiency </span></li>
<li><span>Maintain ADC logic in EWM system for dairy, juice, and bakery</span></li>

<p><strong>About the Role: </strong>To enforce compliance of the QSHE management systems within the region to satisfy the needs of consumers and customers by implementing QSHE strategies, standards, policies and procedures.</p><br><br>

<li><span>Extensive experience in Preventive Maintenance (PPM) implementation, engineering operations, and asset reliability management</span></li>

<li><span>Experience maintaining <strong>Can Filling, Sachet Filling, Ready-to-Drink (RTD), and Ready-to-Feed (RTF)</strong> production equipment</span></li>

<p><strong>About the Role: </strong>To enforce compliance of the QSHE management systems within the region to satisfy the needs of consumers and customers by implementing QSHE strategies, standards, policies and procedures.</p><br><br>
<br>

<li>Assist in Implementing (QSHE) Quality, Safety, Health & Environment Management System to meet and exceed the customer and consumer expectations.</li>
<li>Assist with the identification of business risks along with the implementation of divisional QSHE strategies to minimize any potential serious threats to business.</li>
<li>Carry out internal audits across all regional functions in line with the QSHE management systems, identify opportunities for improvements and make recommendations for suitable corrective actions.</li>
<li>Assist in the incident investigations by conducting root cause analysis, implement suitable corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. Manage consumer and customer complaints, accident investigations, recalls and Municipality issues.</li>
<li>Conduct Regional technical training across all functional staffs with regards to QSHE strategies, policies and procedures.</li>

<li>Prefer to have bachelor's degree in food science or HSS.</li>
<li>ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor IRCA certified.</li>

<li>Good verbal and written communication English skills.</li>
