In 2025, Almarai reported net income of SAR 2.4 billion on sales of SAR 22 billion.<br>An aggressive expansion program together with acquisitions in new vertical markets have created an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team dedicated to furthering growth plans for the group.<br>The Opportunity<br>We are seeking an experienced Divisional Engineering Manager to lead the engineering function across Almarai's large-scale dairy farming operations in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia.<br>This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing the engineering strategy to ensure the reliability, efficiency, safety, and performance of critical infrastructure supporting milk production. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams responsible for electrical distribution systems, industrial refrigeration and ammonia plants, water treatment facilities, utilities, generators, and agricultural machinery.<br>The role will oversee engineering projects, drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs, manage engineering budgets and spare parts inventory, and ensure compliance with Almarai's Health & Safety standards and international engineering best practices.<br>Based at one of the world's largest integrated dairy farming operations, this position is in a remote farming environment in Al Kharj, approximately 100 km southeast of Riyadh.
