Aerodrome Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations, management and coordinating the facilities maintenance of Fixed Based Operation (FBO) with aerodrome maintenance division. Manage and supervise team of aerodrome and FBO staff, including passenger handling staff, ground handling crew, ensuring the highest level of customer service, operational efficiency, safety and regulatory compliance. Responsible to attend meeting with airport authorities and stakeholders, manage day to day operations, coordinate with internal and external teams, and drive performance improvement to support the growth and success of FBO service at the airport. Ensure that all operational activities comply with GACAR 151 requirements. Work closely with aerodrome maintenance team to ensure the readiness and safety of GSE and aerodrome facilities. Ensure that all necessary documentation is maintained and updated as required by Airport regulatory authorities. Air Products is executing a EPC Contract with the customer – NEOM Green Hydrogen Company (NGHC). Air Products have the responsibility to design, build and delivery Process Controls / Process Automation System and IT/Digital Technology infrastructure scope.<br><br>The incumbent candidate is required to provide technical leadership and accountability for cybersecurity assurance of renewable power generation and transmission systems of the NEOM Green Hydrogen Project that comprises of Solar/PV Farm, Wind farm, BESS, transmission load substations and pooling sub-stations. The role is to ensure safe, compliant, and resilient cybersecurity scope delivery through the commissioning and startup phases, up to final handover to facility operator, in alignment with Saudi Arabian regulations such as NCA, HCIS, SAIS, and project cybersecurity standards as relevant.<br><br>This position is based out of Duba, Tabuk Region, Saudi Arabia working on rotation of 8 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF.<br><br>The role will be a site-based role with below duties:<br><br>Lead a team of cybersecurity engineers and govern cybersecurity assurance for Solar PV, Wind Turbines, BESS, HV/MV substations, PPC, EMS, and grid interfaces across the project lifecycle. Act as the primary cybersecurity focal point for renewable power scope, interfacing with engineering, construction, commissioning, OEMs, grid interfaces, and client representatives. Ensure the OT cybersecurity asset registers, network architectures, zone‑conduit models, and cyber risk registers for power systems. Lead and approve cyber risk assessments for OEM packages and integrated systems; drive mitigation actions to closure without impacting critical path activities. Plan and oversee cybersecurity validation during FAT, SAT, CSAT, and performance testing of substation automation, turbine control, and plant SCADA systems. Govern cybersecurity readiness during commissioning and start-up, including firewall rules, secure remote access, endpoint hardening, logging, and monitoring prior to energization. Control and monitor third‑party and remote access, ensuring compliance during construction, startup, and early operations. Provide cybersecurity input to change management, ensuring design, procurement, and installation changes are assessed for cyber impact. Lead cybersecurity contributions to handover to operations, including access governance, incident response alignment, backup and recovery, and secure remote support models. Mentor and technically guide cybersecurity engineers and contractors supporting renewable power scope<br><br>Minimum Requirements<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Instrumentation, Control Systems, or equivalent).15 to 20 years of overall experience with at least seven years of experience in OT / ICS environments, with strong hands‑on cybersecurity experience in power or industrial infrastructure projects. Proven experience implementing local regultions such as NCA, HCIS, SAIS, and/or ISA/IEC 62443 requirements on live projects. Strong technical knowledge of SCADA, DCS, PLCs, SAS, EPMS and power protocols including IEC 61850, DNP3, Modbus, PROFINET etc,Experience supporting construction, pre‑commissioning, commissioning, startup, and handover without impacting safety or schedule. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><ul><li><p>Has a strong background in pre-construction management including contract management, procurement, tendering, estimating, and cost. Should have good working knowledge of schedule management, sequence of activities from pre-design to design development to construction and closeout.</p></li><li><p>Manage and oversee all aspects of project planning, development and implementation for a range of projects. Facilitate meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to identify, assess, and evaluate risk issues arising from different phases in the project lifecycle.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and implement a risk management plan for construction projects outlining the processes to mitigate risks. These plans should include risk identification procedures, risk evaluation procedures, and risk mitigation procedures.</p></li><li><p>Frequently facilitate meetings with clients, consultants, and other management teams.</p></li><li><p>Predicting potential financial liability for the Division from data provided by collieries, relevant authorities and the Division itself.</p></li><li><p>Handling costs, claims associated with cost and time, change order management, and conflict resolution.</p></li><li><p>Ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope in line with established agency project management methodology.</p></li><li><p>Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.</p></li><li><p>Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.</p></li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor in engineering / management from an accredited university.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 15 years’ experience in engineering and/ or project management including having worked as the risk manager on large-scale projects.</p></li><li><p>Experience and demonstrated skills in identifying problems, assessing alternatives and determining solutions.</p></li><li><p>The reliability and initiative to deliver success without immediate supervision.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience and understanding of commercial risk management practice and procedures, preferably within the relevant cluster context.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience of risk quantification (cost / schedule / quality / safety).</p></li><li><p>Proven experience of maintaining risk management databases (e.g. ARM).</p></li><li><p>Proven experience of corporate risk management procedures.</p></li><li><p>Experience of working internationally (preference KSA experience).</p></li></ul><p></p></section>
