Position Summary<br>The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and expanding the company's customer portfolio within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Market Intelligence Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the Contact Center and BPO industry. Analyze customer requirements and identify new service offerings that support market demand. Provide market insights and recommendations to senior management. Collaboration Coordinate with Operations, Solution Design, Finance, and Legal teams to develop tailored client solutions. Ensure smooth handover of newly acquired projects to the operations team. Support marketing initiatives, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events. Reporting Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts. Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports. Report pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and business opportunities to management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
