<p>JOB SUMMARY Reports to the Director of Human Resources. Responsible for staff dormitory operations, including ensuring the dormitory is in safe and clean and dormitory policies are followed by employees.</p><p>Managing Employee Housing Goals Based on the Dormitory Enrollment Request, assign rooms to the staff on check -in day. General Description of Role and Responsibilities:<br>Inspect all mechanical works for villa buildings and associated infrastructure to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements. Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, water supply, fire fighting systems, and external utilities (water, sewer, stormwater, irrigation, pumping stations). Review contractor submissions including shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and ITPs. Witness site testing and commissioning activities such as pressure tests, leakage tests, flushing, disinfection, and system start-up.
