<p><b>DOKEVER KSA is recruiting an experienced Business Developer based in Riyadh to accelerate its commercial development in Saudi Arabia, build direct access to key decision-makers and convert qualified opportunities into sustainable business.</b></p><p>The recruitment process is coordinated by <b>PEAK Ventures on behalf of DOKEVER KSA</b>.</p><p><br></p><p><b><span></span>About DOKEVER</b></p><p>DOKEVER is an international company specializing in operational healthcare, pre-hospital medical services, medical assistance, professional medical education, digital health and medical data intelligence. DOKEVER combines on-site medical capabilities, independent medical operations and proprietary digital tools to support major events, industrial environments and complex projects.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in Saudi Arabia.</p><p>• Build and manage a structured pipeline of potential clients and strategic partners.</p><p>• Develop relationships with Saudi decision-makers and senior stakeholders.</p><p>• Secure high-value meetings and introductions with targeted organizations.</p><p>• Represent DOKEVER at meetings, conferences and business events in Riyadh and across the Kingdom.</p><p>• Support commercial negotiations through contract signature and collection.</p><p>• Identify relevant tenders, RFPs and procurement opportunities.</p><p>• Support vendor registration and qualification with major Saudi organizations and procurement platforms.</p><p>• Develop relationships with government entities, major corporations, giga-projects, healthcare organizations, industrial groups and event operators.</p><p>• Maintain accurate reporting of prospects, opportunities, next actions and pipeline value.</p><p><b>Compensation</b></p><p>Monthly fixed salary of <b>SAR 20,000–25,000</b>, depending on experience and demonstrated market access, plus <b>uncapped performance-based variable compensation</b> linked to eligible new business revenue generated and collected.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Recruitment Process</b></p><p>Shortlisted candidates will first be invited to a brief <b>15-minute screening interview</b>, which may be conducted remotely by video call. This initial discussion will be used to confirm the candidate’s background, language skills, experience and overall fit for the position.</p><p>Candidates selected following this first stage will then be invited to an <b>in-person interview in Riyadh with a DOKEVER representative in early November 2026</b>. Exact dates will be communicated to shortlisted candidates. This meeting will form part of the final selection process.</p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>
<div data-jb-field="skills"><ul><li>Currently based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Native or full professional proficiency in Saudi Arabic.</li><li>Professional working proficiency in French.</li><li>Strong professional English skills.</li><li>Proven experience in business development, sales, partnerships or key account management.</li><li>Strong understanding of Saudi business culture and decision-making processes.</li><li>Comfortable engaging directly with senior executives, institutional stakeholders and government-related organizations.</li><li>Ability to independently generate and develop business opportunities.</li><li>Strong relationship-building, commercial negotiation and follow-up skills.</li><li>Experience with tenders, RFPs, procurement or vendor registration is an advantage.</li><li>An established professional network in Riyadh and within Saudi government entities or major corporations is a significant advantage.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Experience in <b>healthcare, medical services, major events and sports, government projects, giga-projects, industrial services, emergency/HSE services, digital health, technology or complex B2B/B2G services</b> is particularly valued.</p><p><b>Saudi nationals with strong French language skills are particularly encouraged to apply.</b></p></div>
