Cybersecurity Manager Location: Saudi Arabia-Jededah Experience: 5–12 Years Industry: Cybersecurity / Information Security About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical expertise, hands-on operational experience, and leadership capabilities, with a proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing cybersecurity programs across complex environments. This role requires a strategic thinker who can also operate at a deep technical level, lead security teams, and work closely with executive leadership, clients, and stakeholders to ensure robust cybersecurity posture and compliance with local and international standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end cybersecurity operations, including SOC, incident response, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management. Design, implement, and continuously improve information security frameworks, policies, and procedures. Oversee risk assessments, penetration testing, and security assessments, ensuring timely remediation. Manage and respond to cyber incidents, leading investigations, root cause analysis, and post-incident reporting. Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards (e.g., NCA, ISO 27001, NIST, SAMA, PCI-DSS). Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align cybersecurity strategies with business objectives. Lead, mentor, and develop cybersecurity engineers and analysts. Evaluate, implement, and manage security tools and technologies (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, DLP, IAM, etc.). Prepare executive-level security reports, dashboards, and risk summaries. Stay up to date with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and cybersecurity trends. Required Experience & Skills5–12 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles. Professional Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred. Proven experience in managing large-scale and/or multiple projects simultaneously. Strong contractual, commercial, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong planning, risk management, and decision-making capabilities.
