BIM Model Development Develop detailed BIM models based on project requirements, ensuring they are accurate and meet design specifications. Follow established BIM standards, protocols, and workflows to maintain consistency and quality across all project models. Collaboration and Coordination Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of BIM across all disciplines and resolve any design conflicts. Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration among project teams, serving as a liaison for BIM-related inquiries. Quality Assurance Regularly audit BIM models and documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards, identifying any discrepancies. Implement quality control processes and assist in corrective actions when issues are identified in BIM documentation. We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to join a PIF manufacturing organization. This role offers the opportunity to lead product development and industrialization activities, transforming engineering concepts into high-quality, manufacturable products while driving innovation, technical excellence, and operational performance.<br>The successful candidate will lead a small team of engineers and work closely with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Materials, Quality, and Testing teams to ensure successful product development, validation, and production readiness.<br>Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop the Product Development team, providing technical guidance and day-to-day leadership. Translate product requirements into robust, manufacturable engineering solutions. Manage product development activities from concept through prototype, validation, industrialization, and production launch. Coordinate cross-functional activities with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Materials, Quality, and Testing teams. Define product performance targets and support continuous product improvement initiatives. Lead prototype builds, product validation, benchmarking, and technical evaluations. Ensure successful product industrialization while meeting quality, cost, and delivery objectives. <p>The CNC Machine Operator Milling is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce precision components from metal, plastic, or other materials. This role ensures that parts are machined to exact specifications by interpreting technical drawings, adjusting machine settings, and performing in-process inspections.</p><p>Set up and operate CNC milling machines (3-axis/4-axis). Perform tool changes and make necessary adjustments. Monitor machine operations and inspect finished parts for accuracy. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Experience<br>Minimum 15 years of overall experience in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) construction. Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Manager on large-scale construction projects. Proven experience working on PIF (Public Investment Fund) projects is mandatory.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Manage and supervise all on-site MEP activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and schedules. Coordinate with the client, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams for seamless MEP execution. Lead the planning, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems. Ensure all MEP works comply with Saudi Building Code, project specifications, and applicable international standards. Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions when required. Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and technical documentation. Manage authority approvals and inspections, ensuring compliance with PIF requirements and obtaining approvals from relevant authorities. Coordinate MEP interfaces with civil, architectural, and structural disciplines. Ensure strict adherence to HSE regulations and quality control procedures. Prepare progress reports, resource plans, and cost control updates for project management.<br>Requirements<br>Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 15 years of total MEP experience. Minimum 5 years in an MEP Manager role. Mandatory experience on PIF projects, including familiarity with PIF standards and procedures. Strong knowledge of authority approvals, inspections, and project compliance requirements in Saudi Arabia. Experience managing multidisciplinary MEP teams on large-scale commercial, mix-use, hospitality, infrastructure, or high-rise developments. Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Auto CAD, MS Office, Primavera P6, and other project management tools.<br>Preferred Qualifications<br>Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration. PMP certification is an advantage.
