Purpose Lead the adoption and integration of AI-driven tools and workflows across the firm's architecture and engineering practice, driving efficiency and innovation in design, documentation, and project delivery. Key Responsibilities Define and lead the firm's AI transformation strategy across architecture and engineering teams. Identify, pilot, and scale AI tools that integrate with BIM platforms (Revit, Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360, etc.). Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of technologists, BIM managers, and design staff through change. Partner with project leads to embed AI into design workflows, QA/QC, and project delivery processes. Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging AI/BIM technologies relevant to the A&E sector. Develop training programs to build AI fluency among architects, engineers, and technical staff. Report transformation progress and ROI to executive leadership. Required Qualifications10 years leading teams in a technology, digital transformation, or BIM management capacity. Direct experience in the Architecture & Engineering (A&E) industry, with strong working knowledge of BIM processes and tools. Proven track record implementing AI/automation solutions within design or construction workflows. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
