The manager oversees financial matters such as budgeting, fee collection, and monitoring service contracts, working closely with accounting and legal teams as needed. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, preparing regular reports for the association, and promoting clear communication and collaboration among all owners and stakeholders.<br>Qualifications<br> Strong association or property management skills, including coordination of meetings, oversight of building operations, and relationship management with owners and vendors.
