Monitor schedule performance, identify variances, assess critical and near critical paths and provide early warning of potential delays. Coordinate schedule interfaces between multiple work packages, districts and logistics corridors, ensuring alignment with overall program milestones and dependencies. Support the FIDIC Engineer in schedule related contractual matters (extensions of time, acceleration, mitigation, liquidated damages, etc.). Establish and maintain cost control structures in coordination with Commercial and Contracts Administration teams. Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) and other performance measurement techniques to monitor time cost performance. Track progress against baseline, including physical progress, quantities and key performance indicators, and reconcile with financial/cost data. Support preparation of forecasts at completion for time and cost, and advise on potential overruns and mitigation strategies. Implement and manage project change control processes, ensuring all scope, time and cost changes are identified, assessed, logged and reported.
