Civil Engineer / Civil Inspector, an experienced Civil Inspector Engineer to join the supervising consulting team on a security systems development project in Dammam. The job holder will be responsible for supervising and inspecting civil works on-site and ensuring their execution according to the drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Roles and responsibilities: • Supervise and inspect civil works on-site. • Review civil drawings, IFC drawings, and technical specifications. • Review Method Statements, ITPs, and execution procedures for civil works. • Supervise security fence works, gates, facilities, inspection points, and related civil works. • Inspect foundations, concrete works, and related civil works. • Inspect civil materials arriving on-site and ensure they meet specifications. • Review inspection requests (RFI). • Monitor quality of execution and contractor works. • Identify discrepancies between approved drawings and on-site reality and coordinate redline drawings when needed. • Coordinate with electrical and mechanical engineers and the security systems team. • Participate in inspections, handover, and punch list closure. • Review As-Built drawings and final documents. • Prepare and contribute to weekly and monthly technical reports. Qualifications and experience: • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. • Sufficient experience in supervision of execution or civil inspection. • Experience in construction or infrastructure or industrial projects. • Preference for experience in security projects or works of fences, gates, and facilities. • Good knowledge of drawings, specifications, construction methods, and inspection procedures. • Ability to prepare technical reports and follow up contractor works. • Ability to work on-site as an on-site assessor.

<p>Civil Engineer (Site and Technical Office)</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>1- Full on-site supervision of construction works and their conformity with approved drawings and the Saudi Building Code. 2- Monitor execution schedules and ensure delivery of stages on time and at the highest quality. 3- Prepare execution takeoffs, quantify quantities, and coordinate with consultants for approval of works.</p><p><br><br>&nbsp;</p><p>Requirements and Conditions:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>1- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>2- Experience: Not less than 8 years in building and real estate development projects (essential).</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>3- Local Experience: Previous practical experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with full knowledge of municipality requirements and the Saudi Building Code.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>4- Professional License: Valid and active membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (essential for classification).</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>5- Legal Status: Immediate transfer of sponsorship.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>6- Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and project management software.</p>
