With 10+ years of expertise in project controls, you will play a pivotal role in establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving our project control systems, processes, and procedures. You will serve as a subject matter expert, ensuring our projects remain on schedule and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. Infrastructure (15+ years exp)**<br><br>Oversee end-to-end project delivery for infrastructure components, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource plans Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution Monitor project performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed Manage project risks, issues, and changes through established governance frameworks<br><br>**Senior Project Manager - Building (15+ years exp)**<br><br>Direct all aspects of building construction and development, from planning through completion Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to maintain project specifications Track construction progress and manage budget expenditures Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders<br><br>**Senior Project Manager -
